Pride

John 5:19
Then Jesus answered and said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner."

There is a shocking revelation here.

Even though Jesus is the saviour of the world,
Even though Jesus is divine,
Even though Jesus is the first born of creation,
Even though He is the second person of the Trinity.

If anyone can do anything, anytime, it is Him.
But, He chose to be humble to the Father and do nothing except the Father instructed.

Jesus' life is a perfect example of humility and rest. The more you rest on God to do all things, the more you are humble you increase the Grace of God in your life.

Many people have frustrated the favour of God in their by their pride.
If Jesus could be humble to the Father, how much more we, humans on earth.

Don't frustrate the Grace of God in your life!
Give to the father just like Jesus did even though He is part of the Trinity.
