The broken promises we make to ourselves are destroying our self confidence and draining our belief and faith in ourselves and God.
By so doing many wear masks to cover their dented or drained selves rather than facing the very truth of their existence.
The masks that we wear and the image that we create in attempt to achieve approval from others, are imprisoning our souls.
In those moments, we are telling ourselves that were not good enough. Deep down, we have buried our true self through which Divinity would have find expression. If God lives in such life, it is like living a lie...and God is Love and Truth!
Watch it, my friend!
Are you chasing these artificial and superficial sense of confidence that comes from the validation and acceptance of others?
But until we start living our truth, we'll remain disconnected from our true self worth, because deep down, we'll know we're living a lie.
God wants to use us, not someone else.
He wants to find expression in us. He made us! He made you original!
Be yourself!
Bypass all the expectations and bullshit everyone else puts on you, and free yourself from the confines of this delusional self imposed imprisonment you have allowed your ego to put you in.
If you don't, you will become a problem not only for yourself, but for others.
The key to your freedom lies in the expression of your authentic truth which can be found in Christ.
